Mundo Onírico

El Mundo Onírico es la esfera de existencia que está justo por encima de la Realidad Principal, y paralela a la Dimensión de los Sueños. Se puede decir que el mundo onírico es una dimensión intermedia, donde el durmiente no se encuentra dormido del todo. En estos casos, los durmientes pueden manifestarse involuntariamente en el Mundo Onírico, hasta que su sueño se estabiliza y toma forma como una esfera en la Dimensión de los Sueños.

Existen seres capaces de manifestarse y actuar voluntaria y conscientemente en el Mundo Onírico. Reciben el nombre de onirámbulos. Los centauros son famosos por sus capacidades innatas para manifestarse e interactuar en esta dimensión. Algunos de los kaloriones también son maestros onirámbulos.

En el Mundo Onírico las leyes metafísicas son mucho más laxas que en el mundo de vigilia, por lo que las entidades de esferas superiores y los seres con poderes extraordinarios encuentran más sencillo interactuar en él.

Una escena del Mundo Onírico

El Mundo Onírico es como un reflejo difuso del mundo de vigilia. Todo tiene un aspecto irreal, como si se estuviera en una realidad imaginada por un ser superior.

Esta dimensión siempre luce el aspecto de una noche estrellada con un cielo plagado de luceros, y sin luna. Estas estrellas proporcionan al mundo una iluminación etérea, difusa, de una tonalidad por lo general gris azulada, aunque no siempre es así, pues los tonos pueden variar de un momento a otro o de un lugar a otro.

El paisaje es una representación más o menos fidedigna del entorno del mundo de vigilia, al menos en lo que respecta a construcciones permanentes y dominio de la naturaleza. El resto de objetos "temporales" no tiene representación en el Mundo Onírico, a menos que

Bestiario

Son abundantes (y en su mayoría, desconocidas) las criaturas oriundas del Mundo Onírico, y aquellas que han sido creadas posteriormente o que han quedado atrapadas tras una deriva dimensional.

Terrores nocturnos

Dreamweavers del mundo onírico: These creatures resemble giant spiders with glowing, iridescent webs that they use to manipulate the environment around them. They are often found in areas of the oniric world where the fabric of reality is weakest.

Dream Weaver: A small, spider-like creature that weaves threads of dreams together to create illusions and traps. It can spin webs of sticky dreamstuff that can immobilize victims.

Dream Weaver de la dimensión de sueños: A large spider-like creature that creates intricate webs of dreams, drawing in sleeping creatures and trapping them within its domain. It has the ability to induce and manipulate dreams, and can create illusions that are difficult to distinguish from reality.

Nightmares (dimensión de sueños): These terrifying equine creatures have glowing red eyes and skeletal wings. They are often found haunting the dreams of those with deep fears and anxieties.

Shadowfiends: These creatures are made entirely of shadow, and feed off the fear and negative emotions of those they encounter. They are often found in areas where the oniric world has been corrupted or twisted by outside forces.

Thought Eater: A small, impish creature that feeds on thoughts and memories. It can drain the intelligence of its victims and make them forget important information.

Mirror Beast: A creature that appears as a distorted reflection of its victims. It can mimic their movements and abilities and use them against them.

Night Terror: A monstrous creature that lurks in the shadows of the oniric world. It feeds on the fear of its victims and can cause panic and terror with its mere presence.

Shade: A ghostly figure that haunts the oniric world. It can pass through walls and objects and possesses the ability to drain the life force of its victims.

Slumber Fiend: A creature that appears as a giant, shadowy moth. It can lull its victims into a deep sleep and feed on their dreams.

Sleepwalker: A mindless creature that roams the oniric world, searching for its next victim. Posee personas, quiere vivir en el mundo de vigilia.

Nightingale: A bird-like creature that sings a lullaby that can put those who hear it to sleep. It is generally peaceful and passive, but can be dangerous if provoked.

Starlight Guardian: A humanoid creature that resembles a starry sky. It is a protector of the oniric world and has the power to manipulate starlight to create powerful shields and barriers.

Cheshire Cat: A mischievous feline creature that appears and disappears at will. It has the ability to create portals that lead to other parts of the oniric world and can speak in riddles.

Crystal Bear: A large, bear-like creature made entirely of crystals. It has the ability to manipulate crystal structures, creating traps and obstacles for those who enter its territory.

Sandman: A humanoid creature made of sand that can manipulate dreams and sleep. It has the ability to put people to sleep and create dreamscapes that are difficult to escape from.
